The following general terms and conditions govern the use of and the access to the InnoCells website, which the company Sabadell Innovation Cells, S.L.U. (hereinafter, “InnoCells”) with registered offices in C/ Sena, 12 in Sant Cugat del Vallés, holder of tax identification number (NIF) B67001669, registered in the Companies Registry of the province of Barcelona in vol. 45.954, folio 78, page B504020, has made available to its users at the following internet address: https://www.innocells.io.
The use of the website by users entails their full acceptance of these terms, conditions and criteria, which are permanently displayed on the website, the applicable version being the latest published version. Users are recommended to carefully read the terms, conditions and instructions displayed on the websites each time they access the same, and to frequently refresh the page, using the refresh feature of their internet browser, in order to update the content in the cache memory of their personal computer and have access to fully up-to-date information.
The main purpose of the website is to provide information about the activities, events, initiatives, projects and services of InnoCells and other companies that form part of Banco Sabadell Group. The website also provides access to either the specific websites of certain companies of Banco Sabadell Group (published on https://www.grupbancsabadell.com/) or to web portals controlled by companies associated with the Group. All access and use by users of each such website or web portal shall be governed by the specific terms and conditions of the latter, which are displayed on the “Legal Notice” link which can be accessed at the bottom of their home pages.
